  If your thinking of using Addison Saws please dont. We spent nearly £4000 with them on an IMET saw. Promised a few free blades with the saw and took me over 5 weeks, several calls and follow up emails to get them. We opted for the conveyor system and with it fitted the saw dosnt even cut at the 60 degree angle as it hits the table at anything over 45 degrees. Emailed Addison Saws office and copied in the sales rep and got no response. 4 business days later i followed up with a phone call and got told they would dig out the email and reply, nothing, so 2 days later i phoned up and spoke to a director. I was advised sales rep would ring me, he did, however told me it was news to him and that he had forwarded it to the technical team. That is now well over a week and a half ago and ive followed up again. Looks like we are going to be fobbed off. In one word AVOID. From start to finish ive been let down, we deal with a variety of manufacturers around the UK and this has been the worst experience. There are plenty of other saw resellers in the UK to chose from but not this one
